- A confirmation of which of the “Mortgage Options Sought” (listed above) conditions you satisfy, and which ones you do not
- Guarantee that you will send me all paperwork (delivered to me) at least X business days prior to closing date so that I may have sufficient time to review those with my attorneys
- Let me know if you have a local presence, if any (local to XYZ County)
- Are your loans/mortgages assumable?
- Is it possible to add someone to my mortgage in the future without refinancing? (e.g. spouse)
- (Optional) Any pointers to authentic, trustworthy sources and testimonies to your services
- (Optional) Any other customers you have recently closed (MLS listing numbers are sufficient)
